Winter break 4 Star hotels 12 nights (7 Makkah, 5 Madinah) Flights from Los Angeles (LAX) Dec 19, 2026 to Dec 31, 2026

Overview

A 12 night 4 star Umrah over the December break, with flights from Los Angeles, child pricing and hotels close to the Haram.

  • Travel during the winter school break
  • Pleasant weather in Makkah and Madinah
  • Child prices available
  • Makkah hotel: about 800 m with shuttle
  • Guided Ziyarat included

Flying out of Los Angeles, this itinerary gives you 7 nights near Masjid al-Haram and 5 nights near Masjid an-Nabawi. You begin in Madinah, then enter Ihram at Dhul Hulayfah on the way to Makkah.

The 4 star hotels are close to the Haram, include breakfast and have larger rooms. For most families this is the sweet spot: you can rest at the hotel between prayers and still reach the mosque quickly.

December is a popular time for American families, so flights around December 19 to 21 fill early. Weather in Makkah is usually warm in the day and comfortable at night.

You can change the hotels or the number of nights. Use the request form on this page and tell us what you would like to adjust.
