Booking and Cancellation Policy
How deposits, payments, changes and cancellations work.
Last updated October 7, 2026
Deposits and payments
To confirm a booking we ask for a deposit, with the amount shown in your written offer. Airline tickets may need to be paid in full when issued. The balance is due by the date in your offer, usually several weeks before departure.
We accept card payments and bank transfers, and issue a receipt for every payment.
Changes you request
We will always try to help with changes to dates, names or hotels. Airlines and hotels may charge change fees, and fare differences may apply. We will tell you the cost before making any change.
Cancellations by you
If you cancel, the amount refunded depends on the terms of the airlines and hotels in your booking, which are stated in your written offer before you pay. Non refundable airline tickets and hotel nights cannot be refunded once issued. Visa and insurance fees are usually non refundable once submitted.
If your visa is refused
Visa decisions are made by the Saudi authorities. If a visa is refused, we will refund all amounts that suppliers return to us, minus any non refundable fees already paid on your behalf, as shown in your offer.
Cancellations by us or our suppliers
If we must cancel your trip, you can choose an alternative of similar value or a full refund of the amounts you paid us.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation for reasons such as illness. It is the best protection against unexpected costs.
